The CSB Jigs - for Standard/SpaceSaver or MiniBlox - take the sting out of this potentially-complicated, marking-out process, enabling you to easily and accurately position the CSB wire anchors. You can do this before commencing construction, working on a flat surface with just the frames, which makes any necessary modifications to individual parts so much easier.
 
In order to avoid obstructions between the frames - spacers, crosswires, etc - we offer three height options for the vertical positioning of the anchors. These correspond with dimensions of our Carrier Tags and Hornblocks.
 
Allowance is made for displacement of the spring wire, so when the wires flex under the weight of the locomotive, the axle centre height is correct.
