This chassis is designed to carry various RTR and kit bodies available for this class of engine, which performed shunting, banking, freight and general run-around duties for the GWR.
 
Universal body fixings allow the Bachmann body to be fitted, but the chassis can also be adapted to suit the Wills whitemetal offering. There's also specific fixing arrangements for the Lima model, which can be superdetailed to produce a powerfull and imposing locomotive.
 
The design includes a custom-designed gearbox which, coupled to a large motor, will provide ultra-realistic operation across the speed range, with components for full compensation provided.
