High Level design enables you to build a highly detailed, accurate and smooth-running chassis for the much-loved but poor-running Dapol 'Pug', latterly available from Hornby.
 
Simple modifications to the plastic body mouldings allow you to conceal the motor inside the saddle tank, with cast and etched parts provided for the cab details.
 
The kit includes a custom-designed high-ratio gearbox for ultra-realistic operation at slow shunting speeds. Our compensated chassis  - which can be built in P4, EM or OO without modification - utilises the existing Dapol cylinder assembly, so you'll need to supply this along with the bodyshell.
 
Note: As far as we know, our kit will not fit the Airfix (latterly Dapol) glue-together kit. Using a ready-to-run model is by far the easiest option.
