With its 'solderless' construction the 'Standard' 1/8in design was an instant hit which kick-started the range and has since become the first choice for many 4mm scale loco builders.
 
It's equally well-suited to large heavy mainline engines, or small shunters and industrials, where the reduced 'footprint' of the etch elimainates the need for trimming.
 
We can supply 3mm bore bearings - ideal for continental or Australian/NZ models, or for use with Ultrascale 'RTR' conversion Wheelsets.
 
A 2mm axle version is also available for use with chassis with large cutaways, but which require 2mm axles.
